Reporting to the director of pharmacy services, this position is responsible for the operational management of the Pharmacy Informatics, billing, supply chain, and contracting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee supervision; education and training of staff; program development; management of business and professional activities of the pharmacies; quality assessment and process improvement; and maintenance of practice standards, customer service, compliance with accreditation standards and applicable laws and regulations; coordination of pharmacy services with other hospital departments.

Required: Advanced pharmacy degree (MS or PharmD) or equivalent experience. Pharmacy practice residency or equivalent experience. Contemporary medication use system and pharmacy practice. Oregon Pharmacist License.Preferred: Pharmacy Administrative residency. University teaching hospital.

1.0 FTE; Salary $103,100-165,000; Location: Marquam Hill
