Job Description

Job Summary: Manages the daily activities of Research Support Services in alignment with the mission, values, and
objectives of the department and organization.  This position will clinically supervise nurses.

Job Qualifications: 
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Prefer Nursing degree
Licensure/ None required. Prefer RN license
Certification/Registration:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be
able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
 
Experience:
Five or more years of management/supervisory experience. Clinical background (RN, PT, OT or MSW, etc.)
preferred. Prefer previous nursing experience in a clinical research setting.  Experience with managing data collection, reporting, outcomes, quality improvement,
standards/pathways.
